Description

Anthropomorphic mold for the manufacture of clay figurines, with the image of a woman sitting on her heels and knees.

She wears a dress or huipil with long sleeves and a wide collar, which leaves part of the shoulders exposed. A spectacular detail is her hairstyle with a line in the middle and her hair braided on top the head with ribbons, tassels, and pompons.

One hand holds her stomach and the other rests on her lap holding a round fan with a decorated edge, probably with feathers. A necklace with three spherical beads and three-strand wristbands, with square beads, complete her outfit.
